How will I find the time to do this when I already feel too busy?
Great question! This class is broken down into three days of instruction, about 30 minutes a day. Instead of scrolling the 'gram for 30 minutes, you'll have either made cookies, made buttercream frosting, or decorated cookies. Need more than 3 days? Take longer. This class has lifetime access. Want to rush through in one day? No problem. You get all the class material instantly.
Won't I need some tools & supplies?
Yep. In your Getting Started guide that's probably in your inbox right now, you'll get a list of tools needed for the hobby of cookie decorating. For this class, you will need access to:
- a stand mixer (don't have one? I'm totally okay with you sharing the class with a friend who does)
- ingredients for cookie dough & buttercream frosting (nothing crazy)
- typical baking supplies such as a rolling pin, mixing bowl, measuring cups/spoons, and a baking sheet
- gel food dye & disposable piping bags (easily found on Amazon & at Walmart)
How do I access the class? Do I need a special app?
After completing your purchase, you will be taken to Teachable, an online course platform. You will create an account so that you can always log in to the online class, assuming you have internet access. You do not need an app, as the class is hosted through your internet browser.
Why buttercream and not royal icing?
